True Black & White Prints

My digital files are printed on Ilford gelatin-silver photographic paper using a Durst Theta photographic printer. Unlike modern, pigment-based black & white prints, many of which are produced on color inkjet printers, these are true continuous-tone photographic prints created using a laser exposure system and silver-based photo paper processed in traditional chemistry. Prints produced using this hybrid process are identical to traditional, film-based black & white prints, with rich blacks, neutral tones, smooth gradients, and 100-year archival quality.

These prints can either be framed gallery-style with a mat board covering the title, or poster-style with no mat and the title showing. Please consult your local professional framer about how best to frame your print to protect your investment.
